Other physical effects that may occur include muscle tension, involuntary teeth clenching, nausea, blurred vision, rapid eye movement, faintness, chills or sweating, extreme relaxation, and tremors. Ultimately, MDMA use can result in a heat stroke or heart failure.  Area teens sometimes don\'t understand the dangers of club drug use and club drug rehab would be a great venue in order to educate the youth\'s regarding the dangers of the drug.
